RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your African Endo Warrior merchandise, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you're unhappy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

  • Returns: If you’ve received the incorrect size or are not satisfied with your product, please email us at bookings@theafricanendowarrior.blog. within 7 days of receiving your order to log your return. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the item.

  • Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return and refund:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged (unless it was received in a damaged state).

    • Returns should be logged within the specified time frame.

  • Refunds:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.

    • Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us with photos of the damage. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by either replacing the item or processing a refund.
